Terms & Condition

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
  • In case of any dispute, all products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only, provided that:
  1. The exchange request is made within the stated time frame of 2 days of delivery
  2. The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  3. The received product(s) differ from the original order.
  4. Items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • If the product is found damaged or incomplete, customers must share clear images of the product and outer packaging via email as evidence before discarding the packaging.
  • Exchange requests will only be processed if submitted within the defined time limit.
  • Customers are required to email images of the defective product to sales@duraydelan.com or contact our support team on 0300-0888353 within 2 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
  • Durayd Élan will review each case individually and aims to ensure a fair resolution for both parties. Once the issue is verified, we may:
    • Offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
    • Provide a store credit/voucher of equal value, valid for 60 days.
    • Refund the invoice amount (excluding Delivery Charges)
  • Please note that no claims or disputes will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
  • Durayd Élan reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
